Front squat and some light weight conditioning
Front squat 5x5
Warm up: 20, 40, 60, 80, 90.
Sets: 95, 100, 90, 90, 90.
Previous 5RM was 90 kg (end of June I think), so getting 5 reps at 100 kg was nice. Feels like my bottom position is getting better still.
Light weight conditioning
10 round for time of:
5 power cleans at 60 kg
10 pull ups
15 push ups
1 min break.
First round was the fastest at 42 sec. 2-7 got slower by approx 1 sec each round.
8th round was 56 secs. 9th was 1:10. 10th round was 1:22. Push ups rot me in the end, where I slowed down and had to break them up once or twice.
