10x10 @ 105 kg.
All rounds went down without a problem. Nice. Like the Sugababes song: "I'm all alone and finally I'm getting stronger - You'll come to see just what I can be - I'm getting stronger". Well maybe not exactly like that.

Pendlay rows 6x10 @ 65 kg
BB military press 6x10 @ 45 kg
