Training w Seb in the Garage

Competitiors WOD warmup

3 rounds of (not for time):
1 power snatch @ 50 kg
2 OHS @ 50 kg
3 C2B
4 wall balls
5 burpees
6 swings @ 24 kg
12 air squats
24 double unders

Snatch to max
3x50, 2x60, 2x70, 2x75. Failed 80 kg 3 times!!?

Power clean and jerk to max
3x60, 2x80, 1x90, 1x100, 1x105, 1x110, 1x115 (PR). Failed 117.5 kg two times but with the right wind direction it should be easy.


WOD with Seb
10 min amrap of:
Tire flip 20-25 m. with a burpee between each flip
10 dumbbell snatch @ 32 kg
Tire flip 20-25 m.
10 high swings @ 32 kg

Result: Don't know.


Did swings and DB snatches unbroken every time, it was not too heavy. Nice, low intensity workout.
