CrossFit Games Open 13.5 + some fun

Four minute AMRAP of:
15 thusters @ 45 kg
15 chest to bar pull up
For every 90 reps the time cap is increased by 4 minutes

Result: 84 reps. Going to try again tomorrow to see if I can get to 90 reps. Probably not, but I will try.

Deadlift
Warm up: 5x70, 5x110, 5x140.
Work sets: 5x150, 5x160, 5x170.

We didn't time it.

My lower back is probably going to be smoked from this.
