Work sets: 4 x 10 x 90, 5 x 100, 1 x 110 - 120 - 130 - 140(F).
Rows
Warm up: 10 x 20 - 40 - 60 kg.
Work sets: 4 x 10 x 80 kg.
Did some crunches and stuff afterwards. Cool shit. I was totally pumped.
